The Florida Citizens for Science has developed its own draft science
education standards. They provide a model for the Florida Department of
Education to consider as it reviews the state's science education standards
over the coming year. They are a tremendous achievement which the the
Florida Science Education Standards Committee strongly endorses. You can
review them at the Florida Citizens for Science website.
If your organization is working on a science education standards related
project, please send an e-mail
describing the project. Be sure to include within this e-mail the organization
name, contact information and website address that refers to this project
if any exists.
